Clyde River is a settlement in Prince Edward Island. Clyde River is located in Queen’s County in the central part of Prince Edward Island and just 15 minutes away from the Charlottetown. The original community name was Dog River . It was named after the River Clyde in Scotland. Heritage is predominantly Scottish and English.
